About me

As a former entertainment PR, I have always loved working with people, and I feel very lucky to be able to listen to stories about people’s lives for a living.

I graduated with a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of East London in June 2023, and I hold a BA Hons Degree in Sociology from Goldsmiths College (University of London) from 2004.

I have a real passion for working with mothers, both in the perinatal period and beyond.

In March 2020 I began volunteering for the national perinatal mental health charity PANDAS for two years as an email and helpline support worker, and in September 2022 I joined Motherly Love running weekly in-person peer support groups in Walthamstow, E17.

In December 2022, I was extremely proud to become Co-Director of We Are Motherly Love CIC and alongside my private practice, we are working to expand our Motherly Love offering to include more free support groups for mothers online and across East London. Watch this space! When I’m not working, I am juggling a busy family life and walking our lively Golden Retriever.
